This will take place on Thursday, 19 February from the Queen Elizabeth statue on Birdcage Walk at the west end of Newmarket High Street CB8 9AP.

There are no planned walks for January.  The Winter and Thursday walk programmes will recommence in February.

At the recent AGM, Ray Shanks, the HAVAC Chair, presented a £213 cheque to Sarah Miller of the REACH Charity.  All walking fees for the year are donated to charity.

The forthcoming Winter series of monthly walks kick off on Sunday, 5 October from the Gosfield Lake Golf club car park, Gosfield CO9 1SE.

The final Summer Monday evening walk will be on 11 August starting from The Angel, Egremont Street, Glemsford CO10 7SA.

Due to the continuing heatwave this walk has been cancelled.

This will take place on Monday, 9 June from the Ely Market Square (CB7 4NT). The recommended free parking is the Broad Street car park CB7 4BQ.

This will take place on Monday, 28 April from the Memorial Hall, 16 Church Lane, Castle Hedingham CO9 3DA.

The new Summer Series walks kick off on 28 April.  More details to follow.
